NaNoWriMo?

As I've been reading a lot more lately (what with my computer still not replaced) and have been entertaining the idea of fiction writing for some time, I've started considering whether I should take part in this year's NaNoWriMo or not. It would certainly be an interesting way to unwind after the madness of TIGC.

Actually, I was figuring on getting a start on my fiction writing tonight, tomorrow, or Wednesday. It wouldn't hurt to at least get the juices flowing beforehand, even if NaNoWriMo isn't until November. I've been thinking about ideas from campaign worlds that I have created for role playing, which might make for interesting stories, or for one of the many sci-fi worlds that I've conjured in the past for fiction. The way is fraught with peril, but if I can't currently provide interactive experiences for people, I can at least provide another form of experience.

Likely any fiction I write would make its way into the articles section of the site. I can't guarantee that my writing would be captivating, interesting, or even good, but I'm sure that I can still do better than The Eye of Argon.
