It's a Festivus miracle! After scratching and restoring (both files and database tables) coldacid.net is once again in working condition, and faster, too! I even have my precious download tracking working without a hitch. I even have my precious download tracking working once again. The only loss is Javascript Tools, and that's due to a problem with IE7 (which I do want to support).
