That’s right, it’s all but over. The Florida Supreme Court today disbarred the infamous anti-gaming lawyer, Jack Thompson, as well as fine him US$43,675.35 to be paid to the Florida Bar. The only way he can worm his way out of this is if a member of the bar in good standing applies for a retrial for him; fortunately, nobody is that crazy (and still in good standing).

He’s still working his crazy antics, but it won’t be much longer until he’s nothing but a footnote in the history book of the game industry. So, let us dance in victory over this overthrown oppressor! Huzzah!
